The Common Ground Company is hosting a monthly bluegrass night at the Nomad World Pub. The first Wednesday of the month will feature The Common Ground Company alongside other Midwest string bands. The bands performing each month are currently active in stretching the boundaries of bluegrass, while also holding true to the foundations of the bluegrass and old-time music.
we’ll be playing some old-time (aka “regressive bluegrass”) with our friends Barbaro (progressive bluegrass). Music starts at 10pm.

Steam Machine will host a workshop on Band Dynamics from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and perform a concert from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door/general admission; $12 advance, $15 at the door for students with ID. Doors open one half hour before show time. Cash only at the door (ATMs are nearby).
